its not about how you see at people
but is how the people present to you
looks are often misjudged
so what if you have a pretty face
a nice body
a sexy seductive voice
but your attitude just sucks to the max
people love you for your appearance
not for your heart
when it should be the other way round
you may be just a common face in the crowd
but sometimes a smile
a simple gesture
a simple honest act
can attract a whole bunch of admirors
thats what divides those who use looks to win over hearts
love comes from within
yes appearance do make a part of a person's decision
but what really defines a person
in life, in soceity is the inner self
you can go to work looking just like everyone
but with a good heart and acts
you will go further than people who tries to smoke their way through everything
girls do benefit more than guys
(thats a fact)
but going beyond
is to grow up, think like an adult
i'm still halfway there
reluctantly wanting to find easy way out in life
despite knowing that only through hard work
and positive attitude can get you a high-paying job
sometimes i really wonder how can people say
they are mature already
they are big boys and girls already
yet not realising the fact that
without a proper education in singapore
you won't be able to do much in the future
yes the bad-ass looking people
the oh-so-emo people
the handsome pretty people get the girls and guys
but before they know it
when they reach an older age will they realise
no money = no honey
and they will be thinking
where have i stopped studying?
psle, o levels? n levels?
those certificates can get you a job
but it'll never be enough for a good life
1/10 will make it
but what if you're the 9/10?
